Registration Fee

Non-Vietnamese Academics and professionals: 300 USD (7,500,000 VND)

Vietnamese Academics and Professionals: 200 USD (5,000,000 VND)

Ph.D. students: 200 USD (5,000,000 VND)

**Registration instructions will be included in the acceptance email.

Please note the following:

• Banking transaction fees are not included in the registration fees.

• The registration fee is non-refundable.

• Receipts will be issued upon request and provided on the conference registration day.

• Ph.D. Student Registration: Please email your student ID card

A. For Participants Presenting Papers

To register, you should please follow these steps:

1. Payment of Registration Fee:

Registration fee (If you pay by bank transfer, please pay exactly in VND since our bank account is in Vietnamese currency (VND). Please note that you must choose to pay all associated bank fees.)

a. For the First Paper:

• • Non-Vietnamese Academics and professionals: 300 USD (7,500,000 VND)
  • Vietnamese Academics and Professionals: 200 USD (5,000,000 VND)
  • Ph.D. students: 200 USD (5,000,000 VND)

b. For the Second Paper onwards: 

• • Non-Vietnamese Academics and professionals: 200 USD per paper (5,000,000 VND)
  • Vietnamese Academics and Professionals: 150 USD per paper (3,750,000 VND)
  • Ph.D. students: 150 USD per paper(3,750,000 VND)

**The registration fee includes coffee breaks and Gala dinner during the conference; however, accommodation is not included.

Credit Card: Please send an email to icbf@ueh.edu.vn   to receive a link for card payment.

2. Completion of Online Registration Form:

Upon completion of The Online Registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. 

If you experience any difficulties accessing the provided link, please kindly download the "Registration ICBF2024" file and send it as an attachment via email to icbf@ueh.edu.vn.

 B. For Participants

(without submission or with co-author without presenting papers)

To register, please follow these steps:

 1) To pay the registration fee, use the below options (credit card or bank transfer)

Foreign co-authors or Co-authors from non-Vietnamese Universities should pay 200 USD (or approximately 5,000,000 VND) for each onsite/in-person attendee. 

Vietnamese authors should pay 150 USD (approximately 3,750,000 VND) for each onsite/ in-person attendee. 

**The registration fee includes coffee breaks and Gala dinner during the conference; however, accommodation is not included.

• Credit Card: Send an email to icbf@ueh.edu.vn to receive a link for card payment.
• Bank Transfer: Please pay the exact amount in Vietnam dong (VND) . You must choose to pay all associated bank fees.

2. Completion of Online Registration Form:

Upon completion of The Online Registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
